A short while ago, we decided to downsize our company in order to better control the quality of workmanship we provide to our customers, and ensure that they receive the highest quality automotive and marine detailing, window tinting, and ceramic coatings, with the most transparent, attentive, caring, and personalized service anywhere in West Michigan.

We offer our customers two choices for their window tinting, carbon and ceramic tinting. Both carbon and ceramic window tinting are effective in blocking UV light and sun glare, protecting your interior, and adding structural stability to your auto’s windows that will help prevent shattering.

What’s the difference between carbon and ceramic window tinting?
Both carbon and ceramic window tinting are very beneficial for your vehicle, and neither one will interfere with your auto’s GPS or your cell phone reception, but there are some significant differences. Carbon particles mixed in the carbon window tint film reject UV light and heat, and provide a matte look on your windows. The ceramic particles in ceramic window tint film offer substantially higher protection in all areas, and a smoother, clearer look on your vehicle’s windows.
It is legal for cars in Michigan to have window tinting?
Yes, it is legal to have tinted windows in Michigan with certain stipulations. Window tinting on Michigan vehicles cannot block more than 35% of sunlight, and while all windows behind the driver may be tinted completely, driver and front passenger side windows, as well as the front windshield may only have a 4 inch strip across the top of the window.
Why do you recommend paint correction before applying a ceramic coating?
Scratches and swirls in your vehicle’s finish are not corrected by applying a ceramic coat, even the highest quality coatings like the element 119 System X Max and System SX Max that we use exclusively. Rather than diminish the visibility of these imperfections, the high-gloss appearance of a ceramic coating actually makes them stand out even more. That’s why we recommend having your vehicle’s finish and paint professionally corrected and restored before applying a top-quality, high-gloss ceramic coating.
